Sleeping in worry isn't sleeping really.

  1. I know noone will say anything here. So, I will say that I agree with myself. Sometimes.

  2. Sometimes we need to talk to ourselves too. Sometimes we need people so much that we need to talk to ourselves. Pretend there are people who talk, who are worth talking to. Sometimes we become people we want.Sometimes we imagine people are the way we want them to be.
We lose love, hope and the warmth from our hearts too easily.
I fill all that space with stories. Sometimes worry. The day with sleep. The night with music. The time with restlessness and wait.
Sometimes we need people to look for things, the hidden things in us. Things we don't want to put on the first pages of our lives. Things we don't want to flash on our face.
Sometimes we want to run away. Sometimes we don't want to be. Sometimes we use 'sometimes' a lot.

  4. Sometimes we worry so much we stop creating.
Sometimes we expect too much. From others and ourselves.
Sometimes we think so much we shut ourselves from who we are.
    Sometimes we are too careful.
Sometimes we are too stupid to know how we feel about things.
    Sometimes we don't trust ourselves.
Our opinions. Our work. Our creation.

  5. Sometimes we need a hug and its not enough.
    Sometimes we need love.
Sometimes, a bowl of hot soup.
    Sometimes, a new friend.
Sometimes, people to share life with.
    Sometimes, money.
Sometimes, nothing to realise that this is life and things change.

  6. No it isn't.
    Yes we do.
Some a lot more than others.
    Sometimes.

  7. I have been reading the blog through the day.

And this particular post echoes my thoughts as I stay up through the night and wonder and worry.

Thank you for saying it out loud. Much love.
