I'm a complete illiterate regarding Tarot, palm reading, crystal balls and all such things. But I do like two of the illustrations: the guy flying over the roofs with an umbrella and the other one with wings, writing at the table.
I'm also pretty new at this, but from what I can guess, it says something like, you'll be learning from hard times and difficulties and eventually manage to come out on top. There's also an indication of a love affair with someone under 21, or perhaps a letter bringing good news or money. I could do a new reading if you want :D
